Toilet Tower Defense Modes Guide: Endless and Drill Tips

Which Mode Should You Play?

Choose the mode that pays toward your next upgrade. This Toilet Tower Defense modes guide covers Endless for active coin farming, Drill World for event units, and the AFK Farm for passive coins. The builds and event progression below focus on the game’s 2024 versions.

Each option serves a different purpose:

  • Endless: Fight increasingly difficult waves, earn coins and XP, and push your leaderboard position.
  • Drill World: Work through the event’s matches, crates, and pass rewards to develop a Drill-focused roster.
  • AFK Farm: Collect coins while you’re away from active matches.

During the 2024 Drill event, the progression route was to build up event units before taking that stronger roster into longer Endless runs. Endless rewards endurance, so your damage dealers, support units, and economy need to work together.

Build Your Roster Through Drill World

Drill World’s 2024 event combined match rewards with a progression pass. Easy difficulty offered a starting point, while Hard provided a tougher farming target once your roster improved.

Toilet Tower Defense — Build Your Roster Through Drill World

Start With Manageable Matches

Enter Easy with your starting units, or join friends and tackle the event together. Keep completing matches to earn event progress and Drill crates.

The green reward crates included the Sergeant and a cheese-themed damage unit. The Sergeant supported Drill units, giving the event a useful combination of damage and boosting within its reward pool.

Move into Hard after improving your event lineup. If you’re relying on a stronger squad to complete it, use those rewards to strengthen your own roster between runs.

Keep Collecting Event Pass Rewards

Visit the Drill event pass as you progress. Its useful rewards included:

  • Drill Helicopter: An early addition to help develop your starting lineup.
  • Scientist Drill Man: A farming unit for building your match economy.
  • King Drillman: A damage dealer that also boosted Drill units.

Build around those complementary roles. Put your farming unit to work funding upgrades, then combine Drill damage dealers with their supporting boosters.

Ultra Drill crates also offered rare rewards, including an Ultimate. Keep rare drops separate from your progression plan: work toward the pass rewards while opening the crates you earn.

Push Further in Endless Mode

Endless keeps sending stronger enemy toilets until they overwhelm your defense. There’s no final wave to clear; the objective is to survive longer, earn rewards, and improve your leaderboard position.

The 2024 progression route targeted waves in the 80–100 range after developing a stronger roster. Use that range as a goal to work toward, with each failed run showing where your lineup needs attention.

Balance Economy, Damage, and Support

The Drill-based setup combined King Drillman, Sergeant Drill, and Scientist Drill Man. Their roles addressed three needs: dealing damage, boosting the lineup, and generating money for upgrades.

When choosing your own loadout:

  • Bring a farming unit to support your upgrade spending.
  • Pair compatible boosters with damage dealers so their effects benefit your core attackers.
  • Include area damage to help handle groups of enemies.

Titan Cinemaman was an area-damage option in the 2024 Endless lineup. Choose units by the job your defense needs filled, especially when replacing an older unit with a stronger one.

Make Placement Serve Your Damage Dealers

Place attackers where their range covers the enemy route effectively. Keep support units close enough to benefit the towers carrying your damage.

Watch how a run fails. If enemies survive your main damage area, concentrate your next upgrades there. If stragglers repeatedly get through, adjust your coverage farther along the route.

Change one weakness at a time so you can judge whether the adjustment helped.

Turn Off Auto-Skip Before Waves Pile Up

For the 2024 Endless setup, turn off auto-skip by wave 50. Finish the enemies already on the map before advancing.

Earlier waves can make your defense look comfortable, but later enemies take longer to defeat. Avoid adding another wave while your attackers are still occupied with the previous one.

Plan for a long session when attempting a deep run. Reaching a higher wave takes both a stronger roster and enough time to play it through.

Get More Value From Your Farming Time

Match rewards are only part of your progression. Claim completed quests and daily rewards to collect additional coins, gems, boosts, and units.

Clan upgrades and player-level bonuses also supported coin earnings in the 2024 progression system:

  • Clan coin bonuses increased coin rewards.
  • Clan XP bonuses supported leveling.
  • Player-level rewards included additional coin bonuses.

Use earned boosts during active farming sessions. Save coins for summons you actually want, and remember that spending heavily on a rare unit still leaves the result to chance.

When you’re stepping away, use the AFK Farm for passive coin collection. Keep active sessions for the event rewards or Endless progress you’re currently pursuing.
